Essential Golden Retriever Supplies

Some essential Golden Retriever supplies are going to be necessary before your puppy arrives at your doorstep. You don't want to be running around after she is home trying to find the appropriate materials. Plan ahead and have the necessary items ready.

Here is a list of supplies that will be useful for you to have prior to the arrival of your Golden Retriever puppy:

  • Crate – a small enclosure that helps give her a sense of safety and security. This is also invaluable as a toilet training aide.

  • Feeding bowls – separate bowls for food and water.

  • Leash/Collar – these will change as the puppy gets older.

  • Nail cutters

  • Grooming tools – primarily focused on the various necessary brushes to keep that sheen.

  • Chew toys – one of the most useful of items – to help build the jaw, sharpen teeth and most importantly to keep the furniture intact!
