vomiting every 2 weeks

My 2 and a half year old golden had her tonsils removed last October, and since jan 1st she has vomited 9 times - shortest time between bouts 7 days, longest time 31 days. The time between bouts over the last 2 months is a maximum of 2 weeks, and it is either yellow bile or undigested food and lots of liquids. She has had blood tests scans but cannot find anything. Any one got any ideas?
